    Guilty fucking pleasure.

What a fantastic blend of bad dialogue, overacting, gratuitous sex and nudity, bizarre homoeroticism, extreme violence and ridiculous plot line.

    Absolutely loved it.

It's ending with a good run. I agree, completely worth a watch. I'll be buying the Blu-ray boxed set.

Would this be worth binge watching or fucking in the ass?

There is some ass fucking in it. And some bingeing. Worthy of watching if you like graphic novel style (300, Sin City) and shows like HBO's Rome.

I almost gave up after the first two episodes. I'm glad I didn't.

When Netflix and Stars were together you could watch new episodes on Netflix. Now that they split, I don't think the current stuff is up there.

Are we talking dimple chin Spartacus or green screen Spartacus?

While both had their own homoerotic tones and shitty dialogue/overacting, we are discussing the green screen tv series and not the overthetop theatrical version.

I haven't seen a single episode this season. The gladiator stuff and the roman intrigue made the show, IMO. It's also not the same since they got rid of Andy Whitfield.

Uh, they didn't get rid of him. He died.

You know the story line for season 3 is loosely based on a true story

                            Right. So they replaced him.

doubtful that Spartacus could jump thirty feet, never get tired, take on fifteen Romans at once and every slave girl was a babe with good teeth, but the campaigns led by Crassus, Caesar and Pompeii against Spartacus did happen, due to proscription (stealing other people's wealth) Crassus was one of the richest men in history, some of the events like decimation did occur...
