          My comment wasn't about Animal.

I was just joking. Try not shooting up any congress baseball practices.

check to see if the drip pan is full of water (it's under the air handler).

You are sitting on a gold mine, hold on to them.

Yes, just finished a surprise house there for the wife I've been building for the past 3 years.
Pretty much has consumed my Fridays and weekends since I started construction.

R-12 used to be 99 cents for a 1 lb. can at the auto parts store.
Call around to your local refrigeration shops and see if you can find it for less than $100.00 lb. now.

                    • You can always pump some fix-a-flat thru the refrigeration system to plug the leak and then add the R-22. Have a good day and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

I'd rather just stick a shrimp fork in my right eye socket than do that.

The only thing I don't like is the cold winters but similar to Florida I think it all depends on what specific area you live in. Where I live is nothing like the stereotypical NJ. Then again a lot of NJ is not like that. There is a major convenience factor and jobs pay much better $$$ than where you're at. That's why people go to Florida to retire and work elsewhere before that time.
