    Anybody else do it?

I just recently got back into it. Did a huge batch of eggs last week and just prepping some pigs feet. Both recipes are pretty standard. If anyone else has done it and has some tried and true recipes I'm all ears and game to try them.

I've never done it but I always wanted to. I always wanted to make my own sauerkraut.

Had a friend who made sauerkraut in a 45 gallon plastic drum in his basement. In the Winter, with the windows closed. Nasty.

I used to do up pickled garlic every now and then. But I haven't done it for years now.

A friend gave me some pickled garlic scapes a couple months back and it got me thinking I just don't do this anymore and I should.

I used to get big ass jars of pickled garlic at COSTCO. You look at this 1/2 gallon jar and think you'll have it forever. Gone within 3 weeks. Best stuff on earth!!

A fine Chianti would be nice.

I make spicy polish dills, bread and butter pickles, and different varieties of pickled eggs quite often.
