If police do not have the trust and support of the community they cannot solve most crimes. You and your tabloid are attempting to present it as a police force asking for reinforcements, which it just isn't. Community engagement is at the heart of successful policing. Perhaps things are a little more tricky over there where a militarised police force is riding around in army surplus vehicles, but all this is, is an appeal for witnesses to help the police build cases.
Nowhere did I present this as police asking for reinforcements. I put the thread clearly as police asking for help, which they are. Last year they needed reinforcements, which they got from the national police. My point with this article is that things are not hunky dory. The cops are losing.

Nonsense, you can see the headline. Police appealling for witnesses is not unusual, it's not a cy for help from a police force 'at breaking point' it's police doing their job in the normal way.

Why in sweet fuck is it so bloody difficult to get decent, factual information these days? You'd think Malmo was a parsec or two away. :-(

Only 42 picoparsecs from here, the millenium falcon could do it in 35.

One can use the number of burkas seen on the streets as a compass in London. The more burkas you see, the further east you are in London.

Are you still planning to join the ranks of refugees fleeing to London's warm embrace?

The headline doesn't say anything about reinforcements either. Maybe that's the assumption you made but i didn't. The police are begging for witnesses, not because of trust issues but because criminals are intimidating the residents and threatening violence. When crime is up and police can't make arrests because the residents are basically held hostage, you're at a breaking point. That's what the article is about. If you thought reinforcements and found out your assumption was wrong, that's your problem. There's no conspiracy on the article's part to control your thoughts and assumptions. Malmo is in trouble and you're just avoiding the real issue because "oh the article made me think reinforcements and it's not about reinforcements". Fuck that's pretty dumb.

Sure thing buddy, you just posted it because you wanted to highlight some normal police procedures and community outreach, and didn't even notice the misleading headline. Communities where snitches is bitches who gets stitches is not a new problem facing the police anywhere.

It's sad that Swedish police being unable to enter refugee-controlled areas of their large cities, out of fear of their safety, is considered "normal" by the left.

Has any liberal here admitted that yet? That there are places where normal law-abiding non-rag head residents shouldn't go?
