Just seen an example of direct to consumer pharma advertising on the stream, holy shit. Humira, the small print at the bottom was literally 'it's unknown if humira works', then there's a rapid voiceover telling you all the ways it might kill you. Ask your doctor for Humira today, you retarded sheep. Lookit the shiny advert.

Won't be seated in time and won't be 4-4 anyway.

Trump's own site still refers to a "Muslim" ban.

This judge did not pull his punches.
Plaintiffs Second Amended Complaint (ECF No. 64) and Motion for TRO (ECF No. 65) contend that portions of the new Executive Order suffer from the same infirmities as those provisions of Executive Order No. 13,769 enjoined in Washington, 847 F.3d 1151. Once more, the State asserts that the Executive Order inflicts constitutional and statutory injuries upon its residents, employers, and educational institutions, while Dr. Elshikh alleges injuries on behalf of himself, his family, and members of his Mosque.

Looks like he didn't have to dig very deep. The new EO has the same fundamental problems as the first one did. The level of incompetence here is simply stunning.

Trump at his campaign rally just said this:
"This is watered-down version of the first one. This is a watered-down version. And let me tell you something, I think we ought to go back to the first one and go all the way, which is wanted I wanted to do in the first place."

Trump, hours after the court's ruling, gets on stage and repeats almost word-for-word Miller's statement that this ban is just a rewritten version of the old one, and that the goal of the first ban is still his intent. In a public statement that is admissible in court I guarantee at least 5 DOJ lawyers threw something at the wall and opened a bottle of scotch because there is nothing worse than a client that can't freaking shut up

An increasing number of GOP power players are starting to experience this as well. Trump gave them all the power they could hope for, but now he's become nothing but a huge liability

The feedback he gets on twitter and at these rallies are just too much for his addled brain to ignore. He can't just shut up for a minute and let things play out...he just can't help himself. He's convinced himself that his "movement" is just an unstoppable force, lead by his words and thoughts, that is just going to steamroll over the country and its establishment unfettered. Delusion at its finest on display for the world.

Didnt he just do that in November? Dems and their media allies threw everything at him and he still steamrolled the establishment.

Winning an election and implementing policy are two very different beasts.
