Trump will likely win this one on appeal.

      And welcome back Loki.

In the 9th circuit or the 8 man SC? And based on what?

Lulz! So the conspiracy that Obama influenced the Hawaii Judge to rule against Muslim ban 2.0 has already started. You can't make this stuff up!

What makes you think the judge is even Hawaiian? Have you seen his long form birth certificate?

He was probably the one responsible for issuing Obama's long form Certificate in the first place...and the whole thing comes full circle once again. The birth announcement was placed when Obama was born in Kenya in anticipation of the 2008 election...and this guy verified the certificate knowing that one day he'd meet up with Obama again after his Presidency to thwart an outrageous muslim ban by an authoritarian President taking office after him. This thing goes deeper than the deep state, son! Mind BLOWN!

So what you say has a bearing on law months or years later. Makes sense.

Look hard enough and you could find a judge that agrees with your platforms position.

This is particularly true if your position aligns with the Constitution. Funny how that works.

Where is immigration in the constitution?

Does anyone who wishes to come here have a right to do so?

Since that has nothing to do with the question at hand, why are you trying to deflect from the issue ?

But since you asked, please qualify "anyone". ( Anyone with a visa, greencard ? Anyone who is a christian, jew, muslim ? Anyone who is a refugee from an oppressive regime ? Victim of human trafficing ? )

The ruling said nothing about some imaginary right to immigrate, y'all should just read it. Trump intended to target a religion, his own words made that plain.

Love to hear the reasoning on this.

The President has a solemn sworn duty to protect the citizens of the United States of America. He is trying to do so but is being obstructed by judges making rulings not based on law but policy. It is a travesty and he will prevail. Ninety more days to do a sound investigation on somebody from Yemen is not racism, it is common sense.
