Well I guess there's no point trying to improve on that

Right now, who thinks the post office deserves more Constitutional protection than medical care? If medicine was as sure a science in 1780 as it is now I'm confident our founding fathers would have put health care in the Constitution. A national health system that like the post office was accessible to all everywhere the union reached. With better private care serving needs like UPS or Federal Express do now.
Since you brought up the post office, we've got to do something about mail carrier pay. Those fucks earn an average of $50k/year and the post office is losing billions annually. It really makes me wish that sci-fi shit was real and we could fire them all and hook them up to a giant pulsing machine that used their body heat to generate power or something.

I think Congress rigged their pension contribution system in a way that exaggerates their losses every year. I don't know if it's done to catch up on unfunded liabilities or to fuck up their books. Or both.

It seems like you could cut mail delivery to about twice a week.

Allow people to block unapproved mail, for example I'll only accept supermarket flyers and utility bills. Friends and relatives send emails.

Junk mail revenue is crushed but on the other hand you can let 50% of your people go and they can finish out their government pensions building the Great Trump/Pence wall.

I dont know the actual numbers but I'm guessing about 40% of the USPS staff is fat black women. I just dont see them being that effective in the construction trade but I like where youre going with that in general. On the plus side, sales of Diet Coke and antiperspirant would skyrocket.
