Thats the difficulty there. Take for example the false stories that murder DNC staffer Seth Rich was the person who gave DNC emails to wikileaks. Breitbart, drudge and fox news all ran stories on such theories. Youre overloaded with fake news on right-wing media.

So the defense of Trump is that he's a rookie. But doesnt seem such a rookie at obstructing justice, i.e. asking Comey to stop Flynn investigation.

Also, Trump participated in inundating Obama and Clinton with fake news for years. He should be able to handle fake news like they did. Unless... this time it's not fake?

I am still actually waiting for this to be proven? The supposed memo, was read to the NYT over the phone. Has anyone seen this note? You are assuming this actually happened. And they alledfedly did not read the whole thing. What if it was out of context.

I would tend to believe if it existed it would be public by now? Newspaper articles are not admissible in court right?

          What gives?

Comey was a prolific note taker. Why wouldnt it exist?

If the author of the memo admits it's existence and reported wording, why do you need to see proof?

Rumor has it that Biker has detailed notes and memos from his meeting with Sybil in London. Sybil old him about the Lemon Party that he, stymie, and glasspair had the week before, with more detail than Biker cares to recall. Biker said he needed therapy to wash the horrific images out his head.

If there's a memo, it must be true.

You know a memo is written by someone who's only veracity is their integrity, right? If the author says it was written, that same integrity is applied. The existence of their own written memo is just as verified by them saying it is there as the contents of the memo they wrote being true. If you would believe Comey's account within the memo, why wouldn't you believe him when he said he wrote the memo?

As an fbi agent comeys contemporaneous notes stand up in court, they will be presumed accurate without evidence to the contrary. He also took the wise precaution of disseminating them at the time so he couldn't be accused of making them up later.

Lucky trump has those tapes, eh? I'm sure Comey is quaking in his boots over that derp.

This would be the same integrity challenged Comey that Shillary and the entire DNC wanted fired last fall?

Mccain says he has integrity. Who is saying Comey doesnt?
He lasted more than 100 days in Trumps admin.

I thought about this, and isn't there some sort of upper limit on "lasting" in this administration where your integrity should also be in question?

Pretty sure that spokesman dude has passed whatever that time is.

As I said in the other thread, I had never heard until this spring that Comey sent Chaffetz a classified letter. Chaffetz made the decision to weaponize classified information for political gain.

That's kind of the point of a 10 year post as FBI director. You're supposed to be independent of the President.

Pretty sure that's one of the many things Chump doesn't understand (but is sure what he believes is right despite the actual facts).
