  • She's Your Gal

She's called Trump Bush a half-dozen times now. And General Pelosi will be leading the charge for your party to reclaim the house. I think she's perfect for the job.

She's no prize for sure but imho the longer she stays the better because you know Californians will elect some whackadoodle as her replacement when she retires.

Like Trump, it seems she may be slipping a bit with age, and should probably consider retirement before too long.

Justice Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court has embarrassed all by making very dumb political statements about me. Her mind is shot - resign!

Too bad Ruth overplayed her hand, speaking of slipping with age. Cracks me up how people talk about the "balance of the court". What the fuck is balanced about interpreting the constitution as it was written? Either we follow it, or we don't. If it's wrong, it goes to the states to be changed. Doesn't seem so complicated to me.

Can you find a supreme court justice has only ever ruled on cases in a strict "originalist" way? Scalia did, until he didn't.
Face the facts, justices have always been "activist". The right just didn't like it when they started losing all the time.

To what extent is judicial activism a problem?

Judicial activism usually is just a term people use for a decision they don't like.
              plagiarist

Not a bad read, but hard to follow when he says there isn't much evidence for freedom of speech being enshrined into the constitution. That's crazy talk.
