I wonder if the two retards who shot people up within the past 24 hours felt remorse halfway thought their mission - before giving up & quitting their rampage. One would think that someone who stays focused, merciless and stocked with ammo could do 10x's the damage.

hundreds, i would wait till christmas and then just unload with a flurry of bullets right in the middle of the food court. at my mall you have to wait 20 mins to get a table so there would multiple hits per single bullet provided i use a strong enough gun.

My guess is most rampagers go into it thinking they'll take out dozens of people, and are lucky to get 1 dozen total. Most people don't realize how hard it is to kill someone. Outside a shot to the head or heart, you have a pretty good chance of survival if you are rescued in time.

I also think that once you start something like this, there is no turning back. I'll bet Major Dickhead in Ft. Hood wasn't planning to live through this.

Having said that, his ability to kill 12 and injur 30 is pretty impressive, considering he was using 2 handguns, only one of which was semi-auto. The close quarters played in his favor.

One of the highest counts using a firearm was The Port Arthur Massacre, and that was like 25.

All the really big counts are using explosives... or hijacking planes and crashing them into buildings.
