Haiti is a shithole beyond any measure of how shitholes are measured.

It is nothing but a cash sink. People's lives haven't improved no matter what donor countries give - and it's been many many billions. It will not improve and in fact, it cannot improve. It's built on failed foundations.

Its natural environment is absolutely despoiled. They've turned lush tropical rainforest into charcoal.

A collapse of one sort or another was inevitable.

I have a humble proposition: there are 10 million souls there. I say every country on the planet takes their proportional share. The place should be totally depopulated and turned into the world's first "Planet Park" or something like that.

What are the implications when it succeeds ?(and it WILL succeed)
There will be an overwhelming urge to apply this solution to other shitholes.
