I made one of thems last year. It was my first attempt so I followed the directions... It was amazing. Like a meat ho-ho. I did make mine on a Weber with the coals on the side and some wood chips for smoking. I think the indirect heating did wonders for it.
I had dinner an hour ago but would definitely make room for that. Well done.

One of my favorite football party snacks is a jalapino (sp?) pepper stuffed with cheese then wraped in bacon then grilled. Drool
