At least with the burger you get the protein and mineral/vitamins from meat and cheese.

I'm not so sure the calorie counting is accurate but as far as weight loss goes the popcorn and soda is definitely worse. With the the amount it spikes blood sugar you're just asking for diabetes.

That is the most accurate statement that I've read in the internets today. Mind you, we don't have any perspective on the "medium" popcorn. If the medium popcorn was the size of a 55 gallon drum, which is possible, then maybe that claim is accurate.

I go to the movies like 3 times a year. I want my popcorn SMOTHERED in that buttery crap the few times I order it, and I'll not feel guilty!
