  • 2017 NFL Season opens Today at 4PM. Your hopes and predictions?

I'm almost embarrassed by Jimmy G dominating the news, and I get pissed when writers call BB a liar for saying he's keeping him even though he has not made any public statements.

I'm predicting JG to the Bears because of the E. Illinois connection with the GM, however the Bears trade down from 3 but stay in top 10 and give that pick plus to the Pats who will pick a sliding D lineman.

Romo to Houston makes the most sense IMO but will Romo want more money than Houston can afford to give? Conflicting recent stories about Denver QB Paxton Lynch has me predicting Elway will take a chance on Romo.

It will be interesting watching the musical chairs of veteran free agent running back signings of Peterson, Lacy, Charles, Murray......Can they take a chance on passing on $3 million while they"re hoping for $5?

The Pats will be caught in another scandal which will taint their titles even more than they already are

Jimmy G may be dominating the news by you but he isn't around the rest of the country

Nope, all I watch is the NFL channel and there is a Jimmy G story every day.

I hope Seattle does not waste any time sniffing about with those older RBs, maybe bring one in but only if the price is right. If Seattle blows some money on vets other teams have tossed, it had better be OL and DT. I have a feeling the false start king Okung is heading back home.

I hope Kaepernick ends up sitting out the season. He's a soiled douchebag. (but I think he might end up being Russell Wilson's backup)

Garrappallappallappalo ends up with the 49'er's, Jets or Browns.

The Skins franchised Cousins for $23 mill but they still have enough cap space to replace Garcon and Jackson if they walk. Doctson and Crowder could start tomorrow but I'd still like to see the Skins make a play for Kenny Britt or Kenny Stills. Or both! They could get Britt for $4 or $5 mill and Stills would be an absolute steal for $3 or $4 mill. Shit, they'd still have enough left over to keep Jackson if they had to.

Houston's window is closing. They'll make a play for Romo. If they don't have the cap space ... they'll create it.

Romo has already earned over $100 million in his career, how much will money will he forego in 2017 to be closer to home in Houston?

Depends on how much he spent on blonde bimbos.

About $60 million, the rest he wasted.

Romo is going to Denver. Jimmy G will never be a top 15 QB anywhere.

                            How does Romo get there?

Does Dallas get anything via trade or does he just walks to Denver as a free agent signing for how many big bucks?

IMO Goff and Wentz will never crack the top 15 either, few do. But that's the risk you have to take to get lucky with a rare generational QB.

Jimmy Crapandblows has learned a lot in 3 year apprenticeship to TB plus he wouldn't cost a boatload of draft picks as Jared Goff did in trade. On the other hand the Pats can keep him as protection for a soon to be 40 year QB and then franchise and trade him next year. Its a win/win for the Pats and that drives opposing fans nuts.

MMQB suggests the Bears are bidding against themselves to overpay QB Mike Glennon, and opines teams will continue to roll the dice and overpay unproven QBS like Osweiler because the need is so great.

Some team out there will not have learned their lesson and give a boatload of picks to NE for Grabthedoughello insuring NE goes to every Superbowel ever from now to eternity.

And then JG will suck as all second string NE QBs traditionally do.
