  • Fuck Marjawn Lynch...

Nah, I guess he will be okay. Maybe 200 carries for 700 yards and 5 td's.

But I wanted Zack Brown. Offense is not the Raiders problem. I hope they dont pay more than Washington paid for Brown.

I hope they don't sign him and sign Riley instead.

If he is able to condition himself the way he used to, I think he will be a pleasant surprise. I honestly want him to succeed, he was always the kind of football player I enjoyed watching.

I like him, and am of course rooting for him. But the Raiders defense was horrible, and a 31 year old running back will not help that. But I hope he does well, seems like a decent enough guy.

Let the Raiders keep signing Redskin rejects like Riley and Amerson and their defense will always suck

Tit for tat. The Redskins grabbed Stacy McGee.

Riley can't tackle and Amerson couldn't check Gunz pushing his walker.

So, looks like Lynch agreed to a deal with the Raiders.

I just don't get this signing? I mean, he is too old to be an every down back. They have two young good backs, so? Well, I will say this, in 2015 he killed it with the 4th worse o-line in football, and the Raiders were 4th best last year, so maybe a year off, and a few more holes and the Raiders will be able to close some games on the ground.

But again, defense was the real issue. I predicted their offensive and defensive coordinaters would be gone, and one is and one demoted. Maybe that will help the defense.

One way to "improve" your defense is to keep it off the field. A grind-it-out running game will do that.

I have pretty low expectations for Lynch. 31 year old RBs can't be expected to do too much. Hopefully he's a good locker room presence.

So what would be your over/under on his rushing productivity in 2017- 900 yards?

Another Lynch benefit would be in cold weather December games in KC and Philly or an away playoff game.

I'm thinking more like 500-600 tops. He's likely to just platoon.

700 and 5-7 td's. That is what I put in the OP. I think with the Raiders adding Cook, and Corredelle, and another year for the two rookies I don't think their will be enough TD's for Lynch to get double digits, let along what Murray had last year.

I just want him to convert a third and three in the fourth to keep drives alive.
