Jose Baez was just getting started on freeing him on appeal. Seems like weird timing.

I had to look him up on Wikipedia. Some kind of amateur serial killer?

The best one I read was "Upon further review it was determined that Hernandez did not get both feet down."

Hernandez's attorneys do in fact now have a legitimate argument that any monies that were owed pre-conviction are now owed again.

That doesn't mean the Patriots and NFL won't fight the attempt. And even if his estate gets the money, there's plenty of people ready to sue in civil court to take it away.

By far you are the most pathetic mouth breather here at UJ.

                          I'm right. You're wrong.

                          You're also a fucking idiot.

Regardless of today's events, there is no doubt that he was in breach of his contract. They also settled a grievance in 2014. They will not owe him anything. Obviously lawyers will try, but the Pats, if they choose to even mess with it, will win going away. Woo, you're a clown. Quit trying to pretend you have an ounce of intelligence.
